I remember when I found out Highly Sensitive Person was an actual term. I said to some of my family members: I think that’s me!
Without any words their faces said: it’s-so-obvious-it’s-bizarre-you’re-only-just-realising-this-now.
So I’ve accumulated a few supportive strategies over the years.
One of them is EFT.
Have you heard of it?
It stands for emotional freedom technique. Otherwise known as tapping.
It’s basically emotional acupuncture. But instead of using needles, you tap on meridian points on your body to dissolve negative thought patterns and emotional blocks.
I’ve been using EFT on myself for so many things over the last few years. It was only recently I thought far out why aren’t I sharing this with you?!
So I’ve stepped outside my cosy comfort zone and created an EFT video for you on Clearing Anxiety About Overeating This Christmas.
Let’s clear some of this lack of trust in yourself, fear of overindulging and anxiety that will probably LEAD you to overeat anyway.
